The Master Program on Information Technology Services and Projects includes a series
Courses addressing the latest areas of information technology aimed at building
sophisticated and complex modern software solutions.
The program is geared to developing skills to understand the particular challenges of
management of services, technologies and tools for planning, organizing and quality control
of services. At the same time, students learn good practices in their organization
the development of software and IT applications, acquire knowledge and skills for analysis and planning
business processes, designing complex, flexible software systems with service orientation,
skills for process integration, service management, technology and projects in companies,
professional attitude and responsibility in teamwork, knowledge of relevant standards.

In-depth interdisciplinary knowledge, combined with good practical training and acquired individual and team skills, will enable graduates to take the best professional positions in leading Bulgarian and foreign IT companies as well as in research, scientific and educational organizations. Acquiring such knowledge and skills will also allow them to occupy positions of leaders at different levels in IT companies.
The program uses training materials from leading organizations such as IBM, Oracle, PMI, BMC (academic programs, software, etc.), as well as Courses, training materials and good practices from world-renowned universities such as Carnegie Mellon University, Boston University and others The training of students in the program is intensive and involves the acquisition of theoretical knowledge and acquiring practical skills by working on a number of projects - individual or team. IN several of the program's Courses are working on real projects. Much of the training - lectures, exercises, seminars, work on real projects and internships is done in collaboration with leading IT companies
